Take exit 304 – from either direction – turn onto Campbell St. Drive West on Campbell St. to Main st. Turn left onto Main St. and follow through town, under the train tracks and past the last gas station in town – here you will be on Highway 7
Follow Highway 7 for about 27 miles to the Sumpter junction – then turn right and follow the road for another 3 miles or so and you will end up in downtown Sumpter!

If you are traveling from John Day, take Highway 26 through the mountains – turn left at Austin Junction onto Highway 7 and follow until you cross train tracks – then take a left just past the train tracks at the Sumpter Junction.
